Overview

As a Client Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client support to our Client Management team. This position is designed to help you develop your client relation skills through comprehensive coaching, mentoring, and guidance from the Client Services Manager. You will be responsible for managing small to medium client accounts, with a focus on retaining and growing existing business.


How you'll make an impact

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Manage day-to-day client relationships to ensure high-quality service, maximize retention, and improve performance.
  • Client Meetings: Attend client meetings and quarterly reviews to build networks, enhance skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the client services function.
  • Inquiry Handling: Handle and triage client inquiries and ad hoc requests via email and phone, updating Salesforce as necessary.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to meet client demands, coordinate client meetings, and document notes and actions.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate Salesforce data, manage client renewals, and document complaints and incidents per company guidelines.

About you

What we’re looking for:

  • Effective Communicator: Strong communication skills with a passion for client engagement and exceptional service delivery.
  • Desirable Experience: Workers compensation claims management experience and knowledge of Salesforce system are highly desirable.
