Physical Therapist Assistant

RCM Health Care is hiring for multiple Physical Therapist Assistant positions available in a variety of facility settings in the New York City area.
 
Responsibilities
While under supervision, candidates will be expected to:

• Assist Physical Therapists in providing physical therapy treatments and procedures.
• Assist in the development of treatment plans, carry out routine functions, document the progress of treatment, and modify specific treatments in accordance with patient status and within the scope of treatment plans established by a physical therapist.
• Assist PT in Administering active/passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, aquatic physical therapy, or heat, light, sound, or electrical modality treatments.

 
Experience

• Physical Therapist Assistant Degree or related field such as Physical Therapy
• Must have permission to take the National Physical Therapist Assistant Examination

$20 USD per hour
