Outpatient Primary Care Physicians (IM/FP) – Winter Haven, FL

Salary:$250k+
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Join a well-established outpatient practice in beautiful Winter Haven, Florida, just 30 minutes from Disney World and one hour from Tampa. We are actively seeking five full-time Primary Care Physicians (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to meet growing patient demand.

Position Details:

  • Full-time, outpatient-only opportunity

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • 18 patients per day

  • No hospital call or weekends

  • Supportive clinical and administrative team

Candidate Requirements:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

  • Must have or be eligible for a Florida medical license

  • Available to start as soon as possible

  • No ACN license holders or 2026 residents

  • Managed care experience not required
