Lead FM position in Oakland, CA reporting directly to the CMO.

This is a rewarding opportunity to join an established community health system providing high quality care to the surrounding under-served populations.  Their multi-site and multi-disciplinary team of dedicated Providers and staff offer a variety of medical, dental, behavioral, pharmacy and other community programs.   Providers enjoy no call, no weekends and no after hours (18-22 patients daily).  M-F, 8:30-5:00.Competitive salary ($275K-$325K) and generous benefits including 100% covered medical, dental, vision; employer paid life insurance; $2K CME and 5 days; Paid license and fee; 7% retirement matching; $10K sign-on, 14 holidays a year and 24 days PTO.  $10K Sign-on bonus, Loan repayment and relocation options are available.Candidates must have active, unrestricted CA license, current DEA and board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
