The practice provides a balanced schedule between clinic and ambulatory surgery center procedures, allowing physicians to focus on high-quality patient care and advanced interventional treatments.This position offers a strong compensation structure including a $350,000 guaranteed salary for the first two years, followed by a 40% collections model, providing substantial long-term earning potential. Partnership opportunities and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) ownership potential are available after two years.
