Position Details:

General Surgical 4500 Unit Details:

• Beds: 26
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 6:1
• Patient Population: Gastric Bypass, and/or abdominal type surgery. The purpose of this unit is to provide close monitoring and nursing care to adult surgical patients, specifically abdominal, thoracic, vascular, etc.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited licensed practical nursing program (associate's degree).
• Licensure: Current LPN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure; must meet state board requirements.
• Certifications: American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
