About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive or Account Manager to manage a specialised financial lines portfolio of mixed clients. This is your chance to take a proactive approach to account management and service delivery while working with a team that values your expertise and contributions.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintaining and developing business relationships with new and existing clients
• Describing insurable risk, designing appropriate insurance solutions and negotiating the best deal in the global insurance market
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with underwriting partners
• Support senior brokers and claims team as required
• Managing your own budget, sales plan, and debtors to drive success
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand Gallagher’s reach
• Representing the Gallagher brand within the local business community, regionally and nationally

What We’re Looking For:
To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build a long-term pipeline for new business growth
• Strong account management experience in general commercial insurance with 2 – 3 years experience preferable
• A proven track record of delivering financial and operational results
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, paired with a driven, passionate and professional attitude
