Full-time outpatient Family Medicine position within an established community practice. Join a supportive care team serving a loyal, longstanding patient population. Ideal for a physician seeking a stable practice with strong clinical collaboration.

Practice Highlights
• Outpatient-only family medicine clinic; Monday–Friday schedule (8AM–5PM)
• Established team: 3 Physicians + 6 Advanced Practice Providers
• Shared call rotation (1:4)

• Onsite lab services for streamlined diagnostics
• Access to multiple supporting specialties (Urology, Surgery, Cardiology, Hospitalists & more)
• Short commute across the city (clinic & hospital within minutes)
• Physician-led practice environment
• Not accepting Locum candidates
• Visa candidates welcome (J-1 / H-1B)
• Cannot accept providers requiring supervision or with malpractice in probate

Candidate Requirements
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine (BE within 2 years)
• Iowa Medical License or eligibility to obtain
• Clean malpractice & licensing history preferred
• Ability to start full-time outpatient practice with shared call rotation
• Visa status must be noted (if applicable)

Schedule & Coverage
• Monday–Friday clinic hours
• Shared call 1:4
• Credentialing required (fees not reimbursed)

Compensation & Benefits
• Two-year income guarantee: $290,100 annually
