• Free-Standing Nephrology Specialty Care Clinic with an Inpatient/Outpatient Dialysis panel of ~300 patients
• Outreach clinics and telemedicine coverage
• Comprehensive benefits package, including robust base salary with performance bonuses and productivity incentives

• Up to $12,000 relocation assistance
