Restaurant Manager

We are a full-service, very high-volume restaurant group that needs a strong manager. Candidates must have huge energy and enthusiasm for their team, food, customers, and everything that is entailed in the hospitality industry. Someone proficient in both the back and the front of the house would be ideal.

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years with a corporate full-service concept
• Must have at least $5M sales volume experience
• Knows how to work together as a team 
• Leads by example
• P&L knowledge is a must
• Strong leadership qualifications

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Hire, evaluate, and develop the staff
• P&L responsibilities
• Hands-on team leader
• Develops and implements business strategies that are aligned with the companies brand standards
