Non CDL Driver – Local Routes | Indianapolis, IN
We’re hiring a Non CDL Driver for local, Monday through Friday routes out of our Indianapolis, IN location. If you’re looking for steady work, reliable pay, and being home every day, this position checks all the boxes.
This is a first shift role with a consistent schedule and established operation. You’ll be working regular weekday hours with no overnights and a team that values safety, reliability, and professionalism.
Schedule & Pay
- Monday through Friday
- First shift, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Home daily with no overnight routes
- Hourly pay between $24.00
- Full time, steady hours
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate company vehicles on assigned local routes
- Transport materials accurately and on time
- Complete daily paperwork with attention to detail
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
Truck Driver Requirements
- At least twelve months of verifiable Non-CDL box truck driving experience within the past three years
- Current DOT medical card
- Clean driving record preferred
- Consistent work history and dependable attendance

Driver Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months verifiable non CDL box truck driving experience within the past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card required
- Clean motor vehicle record, with a safe accident history preferred
- Consistent work history, demonstrating reliability and attendance
