Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based therapy, serving children ages 3 to 5. This onsite position supports early childhood development across multiple educational settings, providing comprehensive occupational therapy services in a school environment.

Located in the Vilonia, AR area, this role entails working within four nearby school locations, all within a 15-minute drive of each other, allowing for effective service delivery throughout the community. The contract aligns with the 2026-2027 school year, running from September through June.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing occupational therapy services to children aged 3 to 5, supporting developmental milestones and educational goals
  • Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Conducting assessments and documenting progress in accordance with educational and clinical standards
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing expertise to support whole-child development

Qualifications and desired experience:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings
  • Familiarity with early childhood occupational therapy practices
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage schedules across multiple locations within a geographic area

This position offers flexible hours, ranging from 24 up to 40 hours per week based on program needs and availability.
