About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to the President. The successful candidate will be a strategic, forward-thinking, and politically savvy professional with a strong background in executive support. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effectiveness of the President, with a focus on optimizing impact, facilitating decision-making, and maintaining organizational alignment. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for managing the President's schedule, serving as an information integrator, and leading special projects. Additionally, the role involves supporting the Executive Team, creating accountability mechanisms, and overseeing the Office of the President's operations. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have at least 15 years' of experience, with a minimum of 5 years' directly supporting an executive leader. A BA/BS is required, and a JD or MBA is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong preference for experience in government, political, and rapid response settings, and must be a strategic thinker with a bias towards action. The role demands a superb attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships. Strong written and verbal communication, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, are essential. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and the candidate should be prepared to travel and work in a hybrid office model.
