Job Description
A healthcare network in Connecticut is currently seeking a licensed Physician, with a Family and/or Internal Medicine background, to join one of their primary care facilities in Fairfield County.
About the Opportunity:
- Specialty: Primary Care
- Setting: Outpatient
- Hours: Standard business
- Patient Population: Adults
- EMR: E-ClinicalWorks
Responsibilities:
- Managing a patient panel of Adults with a broad array of patient needs
- Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visit
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice medicine the State of Connecticut (DO license will also be considered)
- Board Eligible / Certified in Family and/or Internal Medicine
