Job Description

A healthcare network in Connecticut is currently seeking a licensed Physician, with a Family and/or Internal Medicine background, to join one of their primary care facilities in Fairfield County.

About the Opportunity:

• Specialty: Primary Care
• Setting: Outpatient
• Hours: Standard business
• Patient Population: Adults
• EMR: E-ClinicalWorks

Responsibilities:

• Managing a patient panel of Adults with a broad array of patient needs
• Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visit
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice medicine the State of Connecticut (DO license will also be considered)
• Board Eligible / Certified in Family and/or Internal Medicine
