Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 20262027 school year in Amherst, MA. This role serves students in grades K12 across a variety of speech and language needs, with caseloads tailored to the candidates experience and preferences. The position is ideal for professionals with expertise in pediatrics, early childhood, and elementary school populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with diverse communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and related disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Monitor and document student growth and adjust goals as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with educational standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP license with pediatric experience preferred
  • Experience working in school settings with early childhood to elementary-aged children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff
  • Flexibility to manage caseloads ranging from moderate to profound speech and language needs
