Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available for the 20262027 school year, serving students in grades K12. This contract role is based in Branford, CT, within a school setting. Caseloads will vary depending on experience and candidate preference, with opportunities to work with students who have moderate to profound communication needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students ranging from early childhood through elementary and pediatric populations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and participate in meetings as required.
  • Adapt therapeutic approaches appropriate to a diverse student population.

Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP credential/license with experience in pediatric and school-based environments.
  • Skillset in early childhood, elementary school, and pediatric speech-language therapy.
  • Ability to manage caseloads that include students with varying degrees of needs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
