Join the Eurest culinary team as a Line Cook in a professional food service environment focused on quality, consistency, and teamwork. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, preparing meals efficiently, and helping deliver a great dining experience for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety standards
- Set up and stock assigned stations with necessary ingredients, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout the shift
- Assist with food prep including chopping, portioning, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and temperature to ensure consistency
- Communicate with kitchen team members and supervisors to coordinate timely meal service
- Restock inventory and notify leadership of low product or supply levels
- Follow all sanitation, cleaning, and closing procedures for the kitchen and prep areas
- Support other kitchen areas as needed during busy service periods
Skills:
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to follow written recipes and verbal instructions carefully
- Reliable communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail with food quality, portioning, and presentation

- Physical ability to stand for long periods and move safely around a busy kitchen
- Ability to lift, carry, and move kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed
Requirements:
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety policies
- Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times
- Practice good personal hygiene and safe food handling procedures
- Wear required kitchen attire, including non-slip shoes and any client-required uniform items
- Arrive on time and ready to work at the start of each shift
- Comfortable working in hot, fast-paced, and physically active kitchen conditions
- May be required to use protective equipment and follow client-specific kitchen policies
