Job Description

Join the Eurest culinary team as a Line Cook in a professional food service environment focused on quality, consistency, and teamwork. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, preparing meals efficiently, and helping deliver a great dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety standards
  • Set up and stock assigned stations with necessary ingredients, supplies, and equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout the shift
  • Assist with food prep including chopping, portioning, marinating, and assembling ingredients
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and temperature to ensure consistency
  • Communicate with kitchen team members and supervisors to coordinate timely meal service
  • Restock inventory and notify leadership of low product or supply levels
  • Follow all sanitation, cleaning, and closing procedures for the kitchen and prep areas
  • Support other kitchen areas as needed during busy service periods

Requirements:

  • Practice good personal hygiene and safe food handling procedures
  • Wear required kitchen attire, including non-slip shoes and any client-required uniform items
  • Arrive on time and ready to work at the start of each shift
  • Comfortable working in hot, fast-paced, and physically active kitchen conditions
  • May be required to use protective equipment and follow client-specific kitchen policies
