Overview:
A well-established and physician-led primary care group in Levittown, PA is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join its high-functioning outpatient practice. This is a permanent, full-time position providing care to patients of all ages in a modern, supportive setting. If you’re looking for a stable role focused on preventive and episodic care—without nursing home or inpatient rounding—this is an excellent fit.

Practice Highlights:

• Outpatient only – no rounding, no nursing home responsibilities

• See 18 patients per day, providing care from pediatrics to geriatrics

• Shared call schedule: 1:4 weekdays/weekends

• Group includes:

  • 2 full-time physicians, 1 part-time physician

  • 3 experienced NPs

  • Dedicated medical assistants

• 15 exam rooms (3 per physician)

• On-site point-of-care lab

• ACO wraparound clinical support services

• Easy access to in-network specialists

• EPIC EMR

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $265,000–$280,000 (based on experience and training)

• 403(b) retirement plan with up to 10% employer match

• 27 days PTO annually + 5 days CME with $3,000 CME allowance

• Paid dues/licensure up to $1,500/year

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine – REQUIRED

• Must have experience treating all age groups (pediatrics through geriatrics) – REQUIRED

• Pennsylvania medical license (or willingness to obtain) – REQUIRED

• DEA (or able to obtain) – REQUIRED

• Clean license and malpractice history – REQUIRED
